Create an adorable pencil mini book! Full Color or Color your Own versions.

Title or Blank covers included!

 Watch 3 different (5 minutes each) videos by following the QR codes, or using the clickable links.  Jot down the facts you learn from each, create a mini book about how pencils are made. Learn the TRUTH about pencil "lead". Maybe you and your students will be surprised. 

Different paper inserts for different writing styles.  The activity pack also has a pencil topper activity. Color, ready to go as well as design your own!

Use this activity to celebrate March 30th National Pencil day - or to include in your Sub Tub.

 This can also be a great Back to School activity to encourage students not to abuse pencils.

    I love this research project that students can do, Then, there is the booklet they can make and use to write their research, And, an additional craftivity with the pencil toppers takes it over the top!

    This is SO CUTE!! I am so excited to use this in the Fall with my students. I love the pencil toppers! I always say to my students, "Do you guys eat these pencils? How do they disappear so fast?". I am hoping this will help make them appreciate pencils :)
