Students wll assess vital signs, work with medical terminology, assess laboratory and other diagnostic tests. Additionally, they'll recall or discover common pharmaceuticals to treat the condition, and correlate diet to the underlying health issues Peter Cottontail is experiencing. As a final learning experience, students will critically think about the case and summarize key health takeaways from this situation.

I like to assign this case in groups of two. After finished, I typically go through the entire case as a class. It opens good conversation, and opportunities to learn from what other students answered, along with your professional input. A fun way to engage in a holiday themed activity before Easter weekend or spring breaks.
