Post-noun Elaboration - Monster Party
Description
-12 monster cards in two sets of six.
-24 total Question cards with post noun elaboration. For example, “Find the monster with a candle on its head.”
-12 questions per set of six monsters.
-Some cards address the concept “every” for multiple monsters.
-A pacing strip page for use in games. “Do you have a monster
with ?”
- Great printed out, up on the Smartboard, or on a computer screen! Use one-on-one, in a small group, or with the entire class!
Ideas
-Work with a field of 2 or more cards or the entire sheet and ask the student to find the described monster.
-Can also be used to work on color identification. For example, “Find the blue monster.”
-Print two sheets and play Go Fish or Old Maid to work on using the phrases independently with or without the pacing page.
