Revolutionary War Map Activity

Students will review the events of the Revolutionary War, as well as relevant political and physical geography related to the American Revolution by completing this map activity. There are 27 labels and tasks for the map and then 10 questions to answer. The answers are included where appropriate and this would be great for a sub!

 Sample tasks and questions include: 
--Who were the Sons of Liberty and how did they contribute to the patriot’s cause?
--Where were there typically more Loyalists living than Patriots and why?
--What was the purpose of the Proclamation Line of 1763?
--List and explain 3 noteworthy events that happened in Boston (or Massachusetts) from the start of the unit to 1775?
--draw a line representing the location of the Appalachian Mountains
--label each of the 13 colonies
