Activity:
Students will examine the architectural and engineering achievements of the Romans.5 “information cards” are provided, each focusing on an aspect of Architecture and Engineering: Aqueducts, The Colosseum, Roads, The Pantheon, and Baths.
- Each is 200-250 words in length and includes links to videos for facilitate visual learning
- Each information card has a question sheet to go with it. Students will complete the questions based on the text and videos
- A graphic organizer that asks students to describe Roman achievements, their impacts, and rank them, is also included.

This lesson has been adapted for digital learning. Students can use apps such as Lumin PDF or Dochub to complete and submit the fillable PDF files.
