Then, they will learn about form, function, content, and context for the Slave Ship, Y No Hai Remedio (And There's Nothing to be Done), and Liberty Leading the People through passages and activities. At the end of each artwork, students will apply their knowledge to analyze how the artwork fits within Romanticism using the HEARTS acronym.
This lesson is the perfect way to teach about these three pieces of art from the 250 in a fun and engaging way. It also makes a great sub-lesson plan!
