Simplifying Algebraic Expressions with Fractions - Digital Lesson

This lesson on simplifying algebraic expressions with fractions is a critical step to solving algebraic equations. Students are given examples of fractional expressions with variables, in which the denominators are the same, distributive property with fractions, expressions with more than one different variable, and fractional expressions with different denominators. This lesson can be taught whole class and in small groups, with time for the students to complete each type of expression individually.
