These NUMBER PUZZLES feature 4-piece sets that help early learners recognize numbers through subitizing. Use them during whole-group instruction, as a game between friends, or in small group intervention. JUST PRINT, LAMINATE, CUT AND GO!

HOW TO PLAY:

Download the file that you need (English and French versions included).

Choose which puzzles you want to use and print. Laminate the puzzles for durability (optional) and cut out the pieces. Use the puzzles during free play, centres, or as 1-to-1 or small group interventions. TIP: Add peel-and-stick- magnets to the backs of puzzle pieces and use with a metal baking sheet as a magnetic puzzle activity.
