I’ve taught 6th grade math for 5 years. I’ve realized that many of my students have had a bad math experience. I encourage my students to make mistakes and build relationships with them so they can feel comfortable learning. I try to create engaging activities so they can finally enjoy math. I do a lot of google forms so students can have immediate feedback and it will self grade.
