Welcome to Room 805

My name is Kellsey Ballard, and I am the creator of the store Welcome to Room 805. I have been teaching for fourteen year in both private and public schools in Austin, Texas. Throughout my career, I have taught primarily World Cultures and American History. A majority of my career has been spent working with economically disadvantaged and limited English proficient students. My store contains lessons that were built to engage my students in difficult topics and to understand the importance of the subject of Social Studies. I like kids to be out of their seats working with others, because this is the way I have found we can be successful.
