Description

Texas History students will review the people, places, events, documents, and more that they learned about the regions of Texas, Native Americans, exploration, colonization, Mexican War of Independence, the Texas Revolution, and Texas as a Republic by identifying 50 items according to 111 questions divided into “what am I, who am I, where was/am I, and when was I.” There are 9 text excerpts and 41 images, maps, and political cartoons.

This includes a teacher information page with ideas for implementation and an answer recording sheet with an identification/historical context column.

There are 2 versions included: a PowerPoint for projecting (question followed by the answer) and a PDF organized for easier printing to use it as a gallery walk. This would be great for an end of year review, as a review game before STAAR testing, or as an end of semester review.
