The Black Death Plague Primary Source Analysis and Activities Bundle

Students will learn about the Black Death (Plague) by reading a primary source with 17 questions and 5 creative tasks (creating a museum exhibit, making "Warning: Plague Here" signs, discussing how people would rebuild their town and lives after such devastation, and more!), by reading and analyzing 4 brief contemporary sources on the plague, and by completing a reference sheet and review. The reference sheet resource has a page and a half for students to read and 8 comprehension tasks including: putting maps in chronological order, writing news headlines, considering point of view, analyzing primary source quotes, writing a retrospective piece, and writing sample test questions. They would both be great for a sub and the answers are included where appropriate!
