Description
Students will learn about, or review, the people and events that led to the end of the Cold War by choosing the 15 items (out of 23) they think are most responsible for the end of the Cold War and creating a timeline with them. They will complete 4 tasks for those items using provided templates. They will then complete extension tasks for 7 of the timeline items. Students will then complete a newspaper headlines activity for 3 items not used on the timeline, answer 1 question, and analyze 4 political cartoons according to provided prompts. The answers are included where appropriate and this would be great for a sub!
