Three Ancient Legends from Mexico, Central, and South America

What a great way to expose your students to legends from other cultures! These three legends are from different parts of Latin America and are from the Mayans, Incas, andAztecs! They are written in kid friendly language and include written response comprehension questions tied to Common Core Standards. Also included are nonfiction information about the culture of each of these ancient civilizations, so that students better understand the customs behind the dress and behavior of the characters. Maps of areas in which the stories take place are included! Vocabulary words and printable activities for each lesson are also included!
