Description

In this 10 page Gilded Age Activity (3 student worksheets and 7 reading handouts) your students will have everything they need to examine the contributions of the following Muckrakers at the turn of the century: Ida Tarbell, Upton Sinclair, Nellie Bly, Jacob Riis, and Samuel Hopkins Adams.

Students can read about each of these muckrakers and then complete a graphic organizer about the contributions of each. Great JIGSAW Activity if you want to break it up and then have your students share out!

The second student activity requires students to answer critical thinking questions about the primary source excerpts provided. Also includes a creative Exit Card Activity! Great follow-up assignment to a lecture on the Industrialization/Gilded Age or for homework. All materials are included.

**Includes a Google and Traditional version for your use!
