Description
Students will explore 14 different websites that have stress management coping skills and then will write down if they think they would use the website as a coping skill when they get stressed in the future. Great for school counselors and health teachers. This resource includes a print-and-go PDF version, an editable version, and a Google Slides version for online learning.
Some of these websites have multiple things to see, so the students could honestly spend 2 hours on this assignment in total, but it's up to you how much time to give them. They need at least 1 hour for my version, but there is an editable version you can revise to make shorter.
*Equipment needed: Computer with internet access, headphones if they are in a classroom with other students
**Any link online can change at any moment but I do try to check them every few months to make sure they are still viable. You may want to click on all of them to make sure they are working before you assign this to your students. If one isn't working, you can find an alternative and change it on the editable version.
