Description

Thank you for your interest in World Religion QR code Research organizers from the Happy Hive/ homeschool holiday.com. I created this file for use in your home or classroom. Please do not resell these files in electronic or print form.

Each religion contains QR codes to get started with research, the websites may not contain all the answers but should give your learners a good start. The goal was to find objective, fact based information about each religion, from a variety of sources. I encourage educators to preview the material to be sure it is appropriate as well as to add their own resources.

I have included an Answer key as a guide only - it is not all inclusive by any means and will depend upon which resource(s) are used to gather the information. Learners should be encouraged to site their sources.

Religions included are:

Christianity

Latter Day Saints

Buddhism

Hinduism

Judaism

Islam

Plus  a blank organizer for your own additions!

Homeschool Holiday has plenty of great resources in the STORE for your everyday teaching or with that Holiday twist! Go check out the latest, because at Homeschool Holiday - there is always something to celebrate!

    Clever research activity

Posted by Gena Mayo on Jun 21st 2020

I really liked this research activity on world religions for upper-level students. The pages are well laid out for the answers to be filled in. I used a QR reader app and covered all but the one I wanted with my finger. It took me directly to the website or YouTube video to use for researching. It's great that suggested answers are included as well. (Disclosure: I received a free copy in order to write this completely honest review.)

This is a great resource to use for world religion/comparative religion studies. It’s so nice and organized, and I like that QR codes are included directly on each graphic organizer to help students get started with their research. No prep required - just print and go!

    Respect and Diversity in Action

Posted by Matthew Forman on Jun 21st 2020

This is a difficult topic to teach, so much so that many public schools won't go near it. I have to say how impressed I am with the respect that is shown to each of these religious faiths. The QR codes were great fun for our homeschooling grandchildren (their first use of QR readers!), and they were able to learn so much! Thank you!
