Spring Writing Picture Prompts
This is a spring-themed themed writing picture prompts packet. The prompts, pictures, and labels will guide students in their writing. The prompts are written to draw critical thinking. Picture cues and labels have been provided to make this a maximum 10-15 minute activity. Included in this packet are two anchor charts that can be displayed. One has the writing expectations for this activity. The other is a sample model of how students can respond to a writing prompt.
There are 4 versions for each prompt to help you differentiate for your students.

The pages with the labels are targeting your students in a couple of ways. It's teaching vocabulary and action words for the ELL and low language students. At the same time, it's to provide inspiration to give the students direction with their writing.
