Algebraic Equations Competition Game - Race to Review

One of the favorite activities in my classroom! Students will be engaged and excited in this Algebra review competition. Students will work together in teams to finish 15 Algebraic Equation Task Cards. Questions become increasingly more difficult as they move through the deck. Algebraic Equations cover 1-step, 2-step, combining like terms, variables on both sides of the equal sign, clearing fractions, and equations with parentheses. Runners from each group will bring their answers to you. If incorrect, they will run back to the group to try again. If the answer is correct, they are given the next card in the sequence. Extra cards are provided for teachers to add their own questions. Great activity for a teacher observation.
