Description
Students learn about the Armenian Genocide with these 23 slides and a 20 question note guide. This includes a brief history of the Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, an overview of the genocide itself, and the early efforts of Ralph Lemkin to get the world to take action against the perpetrators of genocides. This can be used as a power point, printed out as a learning packet for students in groups, or set up around the room like a gallery walk. The note guide answers are included where appropriate and this would be great for a sub! Each file is provided as a pdf and an editable version for your convenience.
