Description
This activity will teach students the process of blood typing, distribution across the US and donor/recipient compatibility. The first two pages teach these concepts and allow students to use their newly learned concepts by creating charts and illustrations to later use in case studies. The last two pages are a series of case studies that really require some high level thinking and problem solving.

Blood Typing
Resource page does a great job of explaining how they test for types and what results in a positive test. The case studies are at a perfect level of difficulty for the beginning level of student.
