Product Description
A presentation that can be used to apply close reading to any text (I used it with articles from Scope and short stories.) It explains each close reading strategy (Connections, Writer's Style, and Analysis) and color codes each strategy. Have students use different color pens to write notes in the margins of the text.
I have used this for my 8th grade Special Education class.
