Description

This packet is designed to complement the holiday for February 1 - GI Joe Day, but you can use it anytime. If you would like something custom, please contact me and I will do my best to meet your needs.

Page 3 contains a labeled "Artists mannequin" This is provided so you know what part goes where. You can use this as a template, or simply as reference. Print on cardstock and use to cut out pieces as desired for your action figure.

Page 4 contains white pieces. They can be colored, or  printed onto colored cardstock - the sky is the limit.

Page 5 is an assembled "action figure"for younger learners that can be colored, or used with magazines, clip art, etc. (See the sample on page 6)

Pages 7- 12 contain information on writing letters to service men and women, but no information on WHAT organization to send them to. A quick search online and you will find plenty. Research carefully - they each have their own rules about names, addressed envelopes, dates, etc. Some are even looking for cards service-people can send back home. Find what works best for your home/classroom.
