FREEBIE: Labeling Limb and Augmented ECG Leads Digital or Paper Worksheet

Teaching ECG Augmented and Limb leads can be difficult, especially because dealing with Einthoven’s triangle is an abstract idea. After teaching students about augmented and limb leads I always give them this worksheet for practice to check for understanding of this fundamental concept before we move on. When I eventually test over the entire unit, I often include this page as a part of their test as well.

• Make sure that if you use the digital option that you direct students to “make a copy” when they open the assignment so that they aren’t requesting access to edit your copy.
• Printing and using these in class in paper format is simple and easy to do. Select print setting, custom page and print page 5 only. This prints well in black and white or color.
