I have used this activity for many years and it has changed the dynamic of this unit in a very positive way giving student athletes the tools to increase teamwork and cooperation.

• I started this reward system thinking I would implement it for a year. It has now been 5 years! The student athletes love it and don't let me forget to do it at the end of class.

• This system could be used in a regular education classroom too.
