The review packet is divvied into the following sections.

This section entails a series of questions about the viral reproductive lytic cycle, from the scope and sequence to identifying the organelles viruses brainwash during certain stages. I also ask students about the macromolecules that make up viral structure in addition to the importance of the base plate.
5. Bioterrorism

Define bioterrorism, identify biological weapons terrorists might use, and explain why would terrorists chose this mode of weaponry verses conventional warfare. Assuming there is a shortage of vaccines, predict what might happen if there ever was a smallpox outbreak in the United States.
6. Bacterial classification

Identify the kingdoms and domains of bacteria

Identify the three types of archaea and state the environments in which they prefer to live
