Use a primary source to teach your students about the United States' alliance with France!
After the Battle of Saratoga, France decides to join the Revolutionary War and a treaty is created. In this activity, students will read excerpts from the Treaty of Alliance and answer 4 questions that assess their understanding. This lesson can be completed in class or virtually, independently or in pairs.
