Description
Students will learn about, or review, the events of the September 11, 2001 (9/11) terrorist attacks with these 6 activities. The first activity has students read 3 brief paragraphs on 9/11 and the memories of a high school senior on September 11, answer 5 discussion questions, identify which of 15 statements refer to life before or after 9/11, and interview someone with 10 provided questions. There are also 2 excerpts with questions from President Bush's address to the nation.
The music webquest has 11 questions about 8 songs from a variety of points of view and emotions about 9/11. Answers are provided where appropriate.
