Answering Questions Speech and Language Set is a very versatile resource to address many skills. This resource has three levels for scaffolding or differentiated learning This allows the therapist or teacher to start at Level 1 and progress to Level 3 or start on the level needed to address a certain skill. Skills addressed in this resource are Listening comprehension, narrative skills, answering questions, oral reading, reading comprehension, and writing. For Level 1: the picture cards are used to engage a student to describe the picture and/or tell a story. For Level 2: story cards are read and wh- questions are asked. If the student responds incorrectly the teacher can show the picture card and reread the story. For Level 3: the story cards have a small black and white picture with a story. The student reads the story and answers the questions in writing. This resource consists of 8 colored picture cards, Question cards with wh- questions, answer key cards for the 8 stories with colored story picture cards, 6 stories with small pictures in black & white, 6 question cards, and an answer key page for the wh- questions, cover, table of contents, and printing instructions.
