Description
I have had difficulty finding resources for standards-based grading. Due to this, I created this rubric to assess a variety of learning targets authentically for formative assessments. It can be used cross-curricularly but provides specific criteria to help you and your students understand what each level looks like. It is editable so that you can add the learning targets you are working on.
This rubric includes:
- Area to include learning target
- 4 levels
- General statement of performance for each level
- Specific behaviors students are demonstrating at each level
