Description
Students will learn (or review) everything from the first half of Texas History: climate and physical geography, regions, early inhabitants, exploration, missions, Spanish Texas, Mexico's fight for independence, colonization, the Texas Revolution, the Texas as a Republic, the annexation of Texas, and everything in between.
The activities include jigsaws, timelines, gallery walks, task cards, sorting charts, PowerPoints, primary source analysis resources (many with image analysis and extension tasks), image and caption matching, maps, pamphlets, true/false/fix, trading cards and cubes, editable tests, and more!
