Description
Students read 10 quotes about the Roaring 1920s from various point of view and covering different topics (immigration, consumerism, jazz, prohibition, women's suffrage, evolution, etc), analyze 9 images, answer 19 questions, and respond to up to 5 extension/creative tasks. Some of the tasks include writing quotes from the points of view of presidents, social media tasks, creating advertisements and museum exhibits, writing letters to the editor, and more! This would be great for a sub and the answers are included where appropriate.

--Which segment(s) of the population would have supported Ford, and which would have opposed him? Identify one counter argument to the enactment of the 18th Amendment.
--How did the automobile positively and negatively affect individual families during this time period?
--Does Holmes support or object to the passage of the 19th Amendment? Cite evidence from the text to support your answer.
--Using an academic word, what sort of policy, or stance, would someone like Evans prefer to see America take regarding immigration?
