Draw Your Own Nativity Scene for Christmas
Using a simple grid technique, students will draw their own Nativity scene for Christmas. The picture shows Mary holding baby Jesus in a stable with Joseph standing next to her.
How to Use Grid Drawings
Using the grid as a guide, the students copy the picture square by square. By focusing on one square at a time, the students are able to easily create their own Nativity scene. Remind the students to count the squares carefully.
This is a fun Christmas activity for students who finish early in class, a great activity for Sunday school lessons, or perfect to use during Jesus Birthday parties.
It is great for all ages, especially elementary aged students.
Merry Christmas!
