Description
Students will love this fun and creative project that practices identifying factors, performing prime factorizations, and finding the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) by creating visually engaging 'Factor Flower' trees and 'Factor Rainbows.'
Students will follow detailed instructions to select two numbers, then construct a factor tree and factor rainbow. After finishing and decorating their poster, they will complete a question sheet to complete the final design. Examples are included, making this project easy to understand and follow.
A suggested marking guide and a blank marking guide is also included. Answer key is unavailable due to the individual nature of the designs. This project took my class 2, 50-minute lessons to complete.
