Description
This activity bundle features four large hormone-themed activity tables for students in human anatomy and physiology to complete.

In column one, students are presented with a situation (stimulus or imbalance) in the body.

Then students choose and record the hormone best suited for addressing the situation in column two.

Students then identify the endocrine gland or organ from which the activated hormone originated in column three.

In the last column, students briefly explain why the hormone is summoned.
I included a one-page word bank for each table that features the following.

A list of the full names of the hormones next to their abbreviations

A list of the names of the secreting endocrine glands or organs

A list of bulleted "why this hormone?" reasons
This series typically takes two to three forty-five minute lessons for human anatomy and physiology students to answer.
This series features several hormones in the endocrine system. They are ACTH, Aldosterone, ADH, Calcitonin, Cortisol, Epinephrine, Estrogen, FSH, Glucagon, GH, Insulin, LH, Melatonin, Oxytocin, PTH, Progesterone, Prolactin, T3, T4, Testosterone, Thymosin, and TSH.

I included keys for all four tables with the answers in bright red or blue font.
