Rhyming Words Game for Kindergarten and 1st Grade
Rhyming Game for Kindergarten and 1st Grade
Easy rhyming activity to review rhyming words
This simple game helps kids recognize and identify rhyming words. All that is required for this game is a die and a worksheet for each child. Students will create words that rhyme with various endings.
Rhyming Game Directions
Directions: Roll the die to see who gets to go first. The person with the highest number starts. The first player rolls the die. After finding the matching number on the die, the player will write down three words that rhyme with that ending. If the player rolls a number that has already been filled out, they lose their turn. The first person to complete all columns is the winner. Decide beforehand if the words must be real or made up.
This rhyming game includes 10 different worksheets and this product can be used throughout the year.
