They will receive actual medical charting examples and sort them into Subject or Objective and then Assessment or Plan. Also, they will pick which phrase is written in the most professional way.

The next activity provides them with a detailed scenario. Students will take the story and complete a SOAP note. It is a great way to practice their newly learned skill in a real world way.
